1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
My firm inner conviction is that everyone has the resources they need to complete a task. My appreciative attitude combined with my toolbox of methods as a coach supports you in activating these resources. I don’t know your personal solution, but I recognize helpful signposts in the process. And most importantly: nobody has to prove themselves to me. “Come as you are” is my wish for you. You are good just the way you are! So far, I have been a fan of every one of my clients. And that is what makes my work so enjoyable.
2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
I am always touched by the trust that my coachees place in me and my work. The openness with which my coachees share their stories and dreams with me is fulfilling. One of the most wonderful moments in my work is when the coachees start to trust themselves even more and realize that they have actually known their very own path for a long time.
3. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
Enabling people to live and work healthily in a complex world is my biggest motivator. My heartfelt wish is that everyone has the tools to recognize and use their options for action within a given situation. I see my work as successful when we achieve this on a deep level so that the coachee is strengthened for current and future situations.
My motto: “Look inside and look outside and then decide” (Ruth Cohn).

Vocational Training and Professional Experience:
My communication therapy training began over twenty years ago during my training as a speech therapist. Based on this, I have repeatedly made career decisions to reorient myself, but never lost sight of the core: working with teams and people. In addition to my academic career up to my doctorate, I also held various positions as a manager and as a human resources developer. I used my parental leave to ask myself again what I wanted to do professionally and completed training as a business coach (dvct certified). Since then, I have been passionate about working as a coach and trainer in various contexts.
