1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
The analytical skills to use interdisciplinary knowledge individually for the customer.
The ability for self-reflection and the willingness to assess oneself realistically and self-critically
In my role as a source of inspiration, we begin to approach the out-of-the-box ideas in a more realistic, structured, and practical way. Always against the background of “both-and” and not “either or”. I am also both a graduate industrial engineer and, for example, a resilience trainer. One never excludes the other. On the contrary: the diversity makes it exciting and well-rounded. Together we develop a practical approach that you can continue to work on.
2. What measurable results have you achieved together with your clients and what sets you apart?
In the accompanying application process, interviews were arranged that led to employment contracts.
“Life-experienced” and grown through many encounters with people in changing situations.
Regular reflection on your own work in supervision sessions
3. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
Reminding people of their inherent potential
4. What do your clients say about you?
“Dear Ms. Traub, now that we have successfully worked together on my professional reorientation for some time, I would like to thank you for the excellent collaboration! I really enjoyed working with you on determining my status and looking ahead. Your many years of experience, your great specialist knowledge of the job market, and of course your open, authentic personality were particularly helpful to me. Your unadulterated, honest feedback with maximum objectivity was invaluable to me. With your help, I was able to take my job strategy to a new level, which led to a much better perception in the market. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for that! I would do it again any time!”
Best regards, S. C. CFO
5. What opportunities does individual coaching offer – and where do you possibly encounter limits?
Through systemic coaching, customers learn and remember what potential they have and what successes they have already achieved. Resource work creates new strengths to mobilize and implement desires for change. If a person is still in a difficult (traumatic) life situation, professional coaching may be too early and other solution helpers take priority.
6. How do you recognize a good coach?
By his/her attitude. A coach is absolutely neutral, appreciative, curious and patient and always acts according to the needs of the customer.
7. In your own words: What does a coach do?
In the role of process consultant, he/she is a listener and conversation partner and accompanies the person into the solution spaces.
