1. What qualifies you as a Coach/Trainer?

Focused, conscious, and effective – my many years of experience as a female manager in the “corporate world” combined with my training as a systemic business coach, an alternative practitioner in psychotherapy, and a chakra therapist, and my spiritual path form the basis of my work with my clients. In this way, we bring together seemingly opposites in a healing way – body and mind, business and private life, feelings and reason. Our goal: to take a profound look at the big picture, at your wishes and goals as a manager and as a whole person in general.

2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?

It makes me happy to see how people in the coaching process, after sometimes a very long time of functioning, come back to themselves, take their wishes, needs, and what they stand for seriously, and use their potential with joy, energy, and courage.

It is as if these people are reconnected with their true source and from this find THEIR professional or private path that brings success & joy and thus their OWN footprint becomes visible.

It is a pleasure for me and I find it extremely exciting to accompany this time of change and to prepare people for the demands of the new era, in which we are moving away from hierarchical thinking towards collective action on an equal footing and active listening, and meeting each other with an open mind.

3. What do your clients say about you?

“Ms. Neff-Petzke radiates warmth, clarity, and a pleasant calm. She gives you the feeling of being understood and taken care of. Her firm belief in the ‘right’ path and a solution always gives you the courage to trust yourself.”

“Ms. Neff-Petzke has the special gift of enabling people to reflect on themselves and gain new insights.”

“During the coaching, I felt understood and supported by Ms. Neff-Petzke. This created a holistic, pleasant and warm atmosphere that made it easy for me to open up.”

“In Andrea Neff-Petzke you find a professional and warm companion who is there and stays there and who takes action at crucial points and can make the impossible possible.”

4. What is the best way to switch off?

Daily meditation and long walks in nature give me balance. I like to hike in South Tyrol with my husband and also enjoy the local cuisine.

What else inspires me? Traveling to distant countries, exciting and profound conversations, the unknown and unexplored. As a curious person, I like to immerse myself in thick tomes and lose track of time.

5. How do you recognize a good coach?

A good coach is empathetic and always pays full attention to the coachee. He believes in his client and that the coachee himself carries the solution to his problem within himself. He leads the coaching process himself and supports the coachee with methodology, a feeling for connections, and heart, thus enabling new perspectives and solution options. A good coach accepts the coachee’s inner map. He looks at the client and his concerns systemically, constructivistically, and holistically and acts in a solution-focused manner.

6. In your own words: What does a coach do?

Systemic coaching does not see the concerns that the client brings with him (conflicts, dealing with each other, improving performance, being overwhelmed, etc.) as deficient personal characteristics that need to be repaired, but as an invitation to change perspective. Unlike the classic approaches, I look at the situation from the coachee’s point of view and help him to think of alternatives. The systemic approach aims to promote self-reflection and self-awareness in order to provide help for self-help.
