1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
For many years I have been working in adult education as a job, integration coach and systemic coach and I support people in their professional reorientation and their professional re-entry into the job market. With my authentic and empathetic manner I am able to quickly put myself in other people’s shoes in order to recognize their individual needs. I originally studied communication science as well as prevention and health psychology. This background rounds off my profile and teaches me again and again that the first step to success is benevolent communication and active listening. Successful coaching takes place in dialogue. A resource-oriented approach and an appreciative attitude are particularly important to me in the coaching process.
2. What measurable results have you achieved together with your clients and what sets you apart?
A clean and up-to-date application portfolio is often “half the battle” on the way to a new job in order to successfully overcome the biggest hurdle, the invitation to a personal interview. I am happy to give advice on the “application portfolio check” and support you in the active application process so that you can get invitations to interviews and get a little closer to the new job. I am also happy to support you on the way to self-employment when it comes to questions about starting a business.
3. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
Seeing how resources and potential are (re-)discovered as part of the joint coaching process and how these are used in a targeted and solution-oriented manner when it comes to not just letting professional ideas be dreams but turning them into reality. Because every person is unique and carries a potpourri of diverse skills and possibilities within them that we need to discover together. This exciting “journey of discovery” always gives me great joy!
4. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
My interest in people and their personal development has motivated me for many years to support and accompany them in achieving individual career goals. Every development also means change. Encouraging people to try things out, to accept change, and to let go of the old is something that always motivates me.
