1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
My training as a bank clerk and my degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and controlling form a solid foundation. My experience in various companies, including outside the banking world, builds on this. My open and honest approach to people rounds off these qualifications.
2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
The conversations with people – their different characters, ideas and motivations – always inspire me. Getting to know their plans, bringing in additional perspectives, sometimes tweaking details, helping them look into the future and anticipating one or two stumbling blocks. Bringing other perspectives into consideration. That fulfills and motivates me every day.
3. What is the best way for you to switch off?
First and foremost is family. Then comes spending time in nature, gardening in particular relaxes me. Our new roommate, a stray cat, is also a real asset. If I have some time left, I like to read books that cover all sorts of topics.
