To have followed my own path and, when it didn’t work out, to have asked for help.
7. How will digitalization change the general coaching business? And how will you deal with it?
AI is changing the coaching business a lot. I use the technology and help to apply it sensibly. You have to keep up with the times, otherwise you’ll be left behind. 😉
8. What’s the best way to switch off?
Dive in somewhere warm or, if that’s not possible, in the sauna.
9. What are the possibilities of individual coaching – and where do you possibly reach your limits?
Coaching is useful when someone really wants it and already has basic knowledge and skills. We’ll find that out in the initial consultation.
10. How do you recognize a good coach?
I look in the mirror. 😉 or look around this website. Seriously: Good coaches are serious, you can find feedback on their website, they take the time to talk to you, they listen, they don’t promise the moon, they have the expertise, are empathetic and help you to progress.

A coach helps you to achieve your goals and develop personally.
