1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?

As a systemic coach (SG), I have been accompanying people on their personal and professional path for several years. In doing so, I use a wealth of diverse interventions and methods and also draw on experiences from mindfulness teaching and non-violent communication. I meet people at eye level and see myself as a supporter, conversation partner, awareness creator and encourager in order to live and develop one’s own potential. A holistic, solution- and resource-oriented perspective is important to me.

Thanks to my professional positions as a founder, vocational trainer and business economist, I also bring expert knowledge of start-up ideas as well as application and recruiting processes.

2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?

Above all, I find working with people and their very personal stories particularly fascinating in my work as a coach. It gives me joy and inspires me to create very individual solutions together with my clients and to accompany them a little bit in consciously shaping their life path. Helping to develop dormant potential and help to find new life energy fills me with meaning and satisfaction.

3. What are you particularly proud of when you think about your career?

In the past, my professional career was characterized above all by a continuous search for a good place where I could fully contribute and develop. I can now say that I am on the right path and I am enjoying it very much. I am proud to have created a professional place for myself that supports and strengthens my freedom of spirit and my freedom of expression. Because every person I accompany, every training course I attend and every book I read inspires my work every day, so that it gains depth every day.



Studied European economics in Bamberg, Manchester (UK) and Heidelberg.

Since 2018, self-employed as a systemic coach for personal and professional development and mental health, process facilitator and trainer for non-violent communication. Before that, several years of work as a personnel developer in the field of labor market integration, employee in international sales / marketing and co-founder and managing director of a sustainable start-up.


