My warm and empathetic way of dealing with people! In addition, my studies in social and organizational education followed by a Master of Business Administration, further training as a systemic consultant and coach as well as my professional experience as a manager provide a comprehensive basis for supporting others in realizing their projects.
2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
I look forward to supporting my coachees every day.
3. What is the best way for you to switch off?
When I do things with my children or go sailing in the summer.
4. How do you recognize a good coach?
The solution lies within the client themselves – a good coach knows that. In order to develop these solutions, the coach has a toolbox of methods and unpacks the right method at the right time.
5. In your own words: What does a coach do?
A coach accompanies the coachee to the finish line, even if the goal is unclear at the beginning or changes during the journey.
