I love direct dialogue with other people and working with young start-up teams. Among other things, I am a juror for the renowned German Founders’ Prize for Students and I am involved as a STEP trainer.

I have already been able to support several hundred successful start-ups in recent years. In addition, I have accompanied a similar number of change processes as part of job coaching. Appreciative, respectful and committed advice is the focus of my work. My consulting style is characterized by realism and honesty.
