1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
I don’t have a theoretical schedule, because every start-up and every founder is different. My extensive experience in the field of start-up & company management, as well as my high willingness to change, allow me to get involved in each project individually. My experience from two of my own successful start-ups should help the client to get off to a successful start right away.
2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
I follow the development of my clients with great enthusiasm. I like it when my clients develop step by step during coaching and the project gradually grows in size. In doing so, I often develop a bond with the founder and the project that lasts long after the consultation period.
3. What do your clients say about you?
My clients like the respectful exchange between them on an equal footing. They benefit from my suggestions and critical questions and sense my desire to make the start-up of the company a success together.
