1. What measurable results have you achieved together with your clients and what sets you apart?
Many of my coachees have found a new job or a new task for themselves after the coaching.
2. What do your clients say about you?
“I definitely wanted to say thank you again. I had a lot of fun coaching with you and learned a lot about myself. You are doing a great job because you have a great, very appreciative manner and put your coachee (or whatever it is called) at the center and listened to me. Together we went on an exciting journey of discovery that I actually didn’t expect. Thank you very much.” Editor
“Thank you, Ms. von der Linde, for the wonderful and competent support. I felt seen and valued during this time. I am very happy that I have found a new task with your support.” Pastor
3. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
Do you also remember the magical moments in which you surprised yourself by surpassing yourself?
These are the situations in which we took action free from constraints, from perceived dependencies, freed from the “but” and detached from the views of others. In this perception, sentences such as: “I myself have the power and strength to drive my change forward – to live it.” Making people aware of this strength in coaching and activating them is my great motivation. For me, coaching means supporting people in situations of change without telling them how to do it – helping them to help themselves.
4. How will digitalization change the general coaching business? And how will you deal with it?
My IHK training as an online trainer in 2018 was my first access to digitalization. I am excited about how well coaching works via ZOOM and how in some situations the collaboration can be organized even better. If possible, I meet in person for an initial consultation, this helps to build a good relationship of trust for the coaching.
