In a professional context, I coach all people who are facing changes and are looking for new perspectives on these challenges. Through my work, I bring with me over 20 years of professional experience in personnel consulting. In addition to finding a vision, developing potential, activating resources, strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem, the main focus of my coaching is on optimizing application documents and professional preparation for successful interviews.
2. What sets you apart?
Creative coaching with a good mix of experience, empathy, appreciation, profitable feedback paired with a lot of practical relevance and a good portion of fun are the main focus of working with me.
3. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
Above all, I value meeting many unique people and love adapting to a wide variety of characters. Together we develop strategies to identify and overcome potential obstacles. It is fun to experience people’s enthusiasm when a realization surprises them, when an unexpected solution emerges, when “outside-the-box thinking” succeeds, when important steps are taken and a change occurs.
