AVGS Job Coaching
Together with an experienced job coach, you will analyze the question of how you can continue your career in our “Job Challenge”. In order to prepare you as best as possible for a career change or the next step in your career, your job coach will use an extensive set of tools.
Together, you will analyze your strengths and weaknesses, examine your motivation and your professional drivers, and gain an overview of your qualifications, skills, and experience. You will reflect on your professional goals and wishes, check their feasibility, and develop alternative perspectives if necessary.
You will also consider together how you can achieve the desired professional change and how the career change can be successful. You will develop an individual application and self-marketing strategy, revise your application documents together and practice job interviews. Your job coach will also discuss the most important tips on networking, alternative search strategies and unsolicited applications with you.
Finally, you will plan the next steps together with your coach, define tasks and dates and set deadlines and responsibilities. This will ensure that you are optimally prepared for your new career start or the next step on the career ladder.
