In addition to numerous professional reorientations that have been implemented with joy and are based on solid competency analyses, there are the start-ups that have been realized – when new entrepreneurs become successful on the market with their products or services and receive financing for them.

According to feedback from my coachees, what particularly sets me apart is my structured approach, shared laughter and my commitment, which I demand in our work together and bring myself.

4. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?

I am driven by releasing the potential of my clients:

On the one hand, this is the joint discovery of the strengths and peculiarities of my coachees, and seeing how they develop a new awareness/self-confidence in this regard. If a new attitude develops based on this, the experience in the usual environment changes or a new professional direction develops from this, it fills me with great joy.

On the other hand, it is the implemented start-ups. When founders and their ideas mature and then find their place on the market with their products or services.

5. What is the best way to switch off?

When I cook with family and/or friends and we enjoy a meal together at a large table; when I am captivated by good books; when I can discover new places

6. In your own words: What does a coach do?

As a coach, I see myself as a sparring partner and companion who uses tried and tested methods of systemic coaching, my own approach and a lot of humor to create clarity, see the best in the other person and thus open up new perspectives for them.



20+ years of professional experience as a graduate economist in and with large companies in the financing environment at home and abroad, including troubleshooting in project business, negotiation experience, building up business areas and networks, managing and developing employees, advising start-ups and medium-sized entrepreneurs and companies; working as a systemic coach for 3 years (> 700h)


