1. What qualifies you as a Coach/Trainer?
Psychologist (M.Sc.), HR Professional and Systemic Coach. During my studies, I focused on work, organizational and personnel psychology, diagnostics, and professional rehabilitation. I then worked for many years in the human resources sector, particularly in personnel selection and development in various companies and industries, so I have expert knowledge in the area of applications/interviews/salary negotiations, etc. Psychologist M.Sc. therefore expert knowledge in the area of the human psyche in topics such as stress, burnout, mindset work etc. In-depth coaching training
2. What measurable results have you achieved together with your clients and what sets you apart?
Structured and 100% individual coaching. I listen very well and also hear what is said between the lines. This is why I am able to discover the core, dissolve beliefs in the long term and thus empower people to be successful and achieve their coaching goals. E.g. new job, increasing self-esteem, boosting self-confidence, etc.
3. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
Supporting and accompanying people in their personal growth. With this in mind, my heart desires to encourage people to seize their opportunities and shape their (professional) lives in a natural way that suits their needs, wishes, interests and strengths. To be able to experience transformation within the coaching process.
4. What do your clients say about you?
Professional, High Level of Empathy, Solution-Oriented, Motivating, and Warm.
5. What are you particularly proud of when you think about your career?
From being a non-academic child, the first in the family to graduate from high school and complete a degree to being self-employed. I built everything on my own because I have a strong will. So far I have achieved all the goals I set for myself. Stick with it, even when it gets difficult. Everything is possible!
6. What is the best way to switch off?
When you ride. I have been an enthusiastic rider since I was a child. These wonderful beings teach us patience, empathy and kindness. Values that I incorporate into my work with my clients every day.
7. What possibilities does individual coaching offer – and where do you possibly encounter limits?
Coaching is not only used to resolve crises in an issue but also to improve personal performance and well-being. Despite my psychological background in coaching, clear distinction: Coaching does not replace psychotherapy. I see psychotherapy, which is used to treat psychological or psychologically caused disorders, as a very conscious and clear distinction from coaching. In my coaching sessions, I only work with people who have the ability to control themselves.
8. How do you recognize a good coach?
Sound training as a coach, does not give advice, asks questions but does not know the answer, individual approach to each individual client, no run-of-the-mill, no template, meets each client where they are, no promises, attitude: the client is the expert in their life, the coach in the process.
9. In your own words: What does a coach do?
As a coach, I accompany people individually and for a limited period of time in challenging life situations, regardless of whether these situations are of a private or professional nature. As a coach, I support my clients in an interactive process to find independent solutions to their concerns. My job as a coach is to manage processes in such a way that the client’s resources develop as optimally as possible, new options open up and can be used. I work with my clients on an equal footing to develop new alternative courses of action that are goal-oriented (solution-oriented). However, coaching not only serves to resolve critical issues but also to improve personal performance and well-being.
