1. What qualifies you as a Coach/Trainer?
The best way to learn about founding a company is through your own experience. I have founded companies in various harmless areas with completely different teams and learned a lot in the process. From radical biotech with several seed phases to gentle coaching in the NGO and NPO sectors, I have already gotten to know many industries. In addition to my own practical experience, I also have many certificates and degrees, among others in the areas of design thinking/UX and agile, but also in classic subjects such as business administration and sustainability sciences.
2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
I love getting my clients’ ideas off the ground. From the small idea to the finished business concept, there is a lot to think about, but also a lot to discover. Accompanying people in their first start-up is always a pleasure!
3. What do your clients say about you?
I am known for my curiosity and my ability to implement things. In coaching with me, we will try out a lot of things and work practically, because that is the only way we can find out whether your idea is really suitable for a start-up that you can make a living from.
