1. What qualifies you as a Coach/Trainer?

Through my professional career as a commercial specialist in various commercial companies in purchasing and sales, as well as my former self-employment as a wedding outfitter and as a founder of two companies, I bring with me a colorful and multifaceted wealth of experience. I use the combination of systemic business coach and anti-stress training with great added value for my customers.

With a good portion of empathy paired with passion, dedication, and my uncomplicated, humorous manner, I create a very trusting atmosphere within a short space of time. I am also characterized by my many years of life experience, my thirst for knowledge and my curiosity about people and their stories.

2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?

The fact that very intensive changes can be seen within a short space of time. I love seeing how people go beyond their comfort zone and develop further. It is simply deeply moving to see when people get into that feeling and leave the coaching session with a smile, beaming and motivated.

3. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?

As a passionate networker, I naturally maintain my contacts and love creating lasting connections. Passing on knowledge and experience is very important to me. Seeing how people develop and come into their own is the most beautiful, moving moment for me as a coach.

4. What are you particularly proud of when you think about your career?

A smoldering kitchen fire in my bridal shop caused my professional existence to collapse completely in an instant. I didn’t think twice about it and immediately rolled up my sleeves and rebuilt everything. But the most beautiful moments were actually that all of my affected customers stayed loyal to me and even offered to help me rebuild. That moved me deeply and showed me that humanity is a very valuable asset.

5. What is the best way to switch off?

As a single mother, it is important to me to create islands in my everyday life where I can recharge my batteries. I find this best and with a mix of exercise and relaxation. After turbulent times, my Icelandic horse helps me quickly return to the here and now.

6. In your own words: What does a coach do?

The coach is a companion, gives feedback, inspires, and gets customers to “rethink” their previous way of thinking. Brings unconscious things to the surface through targeted questioning techniques and methods. Always meets his customers with a lot of respect, and appreciation and at eye level, thereby creating a trusting atmosphere.
