What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
As a systemic coach (SG), I have been accompanying people on their personal and professional path for several years. I use a wealth of diverse interventions and methods and also draw on experiences from mindfulness teaching and non-violent communication. I meet people at eye level and see myself as a supporter, conversation partner, awareness maker and encourager in order to live and develop one's own potential. A holistic, solution- and resource-oriented perspective is important to me.
Thanks to my professional positions as a founder, vocational trainer and business economist, I also bring expert knowledge of start-up ideas as well as application and recruiting processes.

What measurable results have you achieved together with your clients and what sets you apart?
In addition to numerous professional reorientations that have been implemented with joy and are based on solid competency analyses, there are the start-ups that have been realized - when new entrepreneurs become successful on the market with their products or services and receive financing for them.According to feedback from my coachees, what particularly sets me apart is my structured approach, shared laughter and my commitment, which I demand in our work together and which I bring myself.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
In a professional context, I coach all people who are facing changes and are looking for new perspectives on these challenges. Through my work, I bring with me over 20 years of professional experience in personnel consulting. In addition to finding a vision, developing potential, activating resources, strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem, the main focus of my coaching is on optimizing application documents and professional preparation for successful interviews.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
What qualifies me as a coach is, on the one hand, my training and certification as a systemic coach and mediator, which have given me the necessary methods and specialist knowledge.
On the other hand, in addition to my academic training (Bachelor's degree in international business administration and Master's degree in European Studies), I have a wide range of professional experience that spans various industries and sectors, both at home and abroad. The diversity of my professional experiences enables me to empathize well with different contexts and to respond flexibly to the needs of my coachees.
Overall, it is not just my formal training that sets me apart, but above all my passion for the individual development of people and my commitment to helping them achieve their goals. In my work, values such as empathy, openness and non-judgmentalism are particularly important to me, but fun and creativity during the coaching process are also important to me. My coaching approach is solution-oriented and I like to use mindfulness exercises to accompany my coachees in their process.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
I would like to say: my professional and life experience, my great interest in people and my very good feeling for their needs and potential. Of course, I also have a solid coaching training and various additional qualifications that also prove useful in job coaching. This ranges from knowledge of work-life design to mental and self-esteem training and psychotherapeutic skills. I have been working as a coach in my own practice since 2014, have experience in the Career Service at Leuphana University Lüneburg and have also worked a lot with young people. Regardless of the age of my clients, I can quickly imagine a wide variety of scenarios and recognize what makes my coachees special, what is needed, where the fires are - and by that I mean both the specific challenges and the professional passions. As a cultural and economic scientist, I am a wanderer between worlds and, depending on requirements, can be a creative source of ideas or the woman with a very clear eye for facts and strategies. The focus is always on the client and their uniqueness.

- What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
On the one hand, I love discovering the personality traits, strengths and talents of my participants and finding out what drives them and what they want to do with their lives. I really enjoy "spinning" visions, developing achievable goals from them and looking for ways to achieve them.
On the other hand, I love the topic of personal development. Because having a goal is one thing. Being able to take the necessary steps is another! For this reason, my participants learn to activate the skills they need to achieve their goals alongside their coaching. It is particularly nice to be able to observe the development of a new awareness and self-image in my participants.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
My empathetic view of the potential and resources of my clients, both through my business studies and over 10 years of professional experience in the private sector, as well as through my many years of intensive experience as a systemic coach, supervisor and mediator. With reliable intuition and the professional clarity required, I accompany my clients empathetically through their change process.
My personal career path was not always straightforward. I often asked myself critically whether I could have avoided some of the detours along the way!
Today I am happy about my "ups and downs", about my "wrong" decisions, my detours - about everything that I was able to learn and experience. Even if it was not always obvious and even painful at times, I needed every step on my path to be able to stand exactly here today! These intensive experiences accompany me very helpfully in my responsible personal work.
I love my job and it is a matter close to my heart to accompany people attentively, to strengthen their abilities to be themselves and to get them into ACTION.

- What qualifies me as a coach/trainer?
On the one hand, my solid education and my extensive professional experience, and on the other, my multifaceted CV with a wide variety of perspectives on work and life and the balance between the two.
After my studies, I worked for 15 years as a brand strategist and management consultant, both as a manager and as a freelancer for a wide variety of agencies and companies. In the course of this, I was able to advise the Champions League of brands, including internationally. I gained insights into a wide variety of industries, from A for automobiles to Z for newspapers, in B2C and B2B, large corporations and SMEs. During this time, I coached entrepreneurs and managers from a wide variety of industries and company types, led numerous workshops and dealt intensively with qualitative market research and consumer insight. I have always been interested in what makes people tick and what influences their behavior. I also researched this in my doctoral thesis.
In 2011, my husband and I left our successful high-speed life and traveled the world on a sailboat for five years. During this stormy time, we mastered many adventures, extreme experiences and also crises. We processed our experiences in a book in which, in addition to our experiences, we also share ten insights for a happy, fulfilled life, underpinned by the latest research.
The time off led to a fundamental change in values and a professional reorientation. This was followed by training as a business coach and business trainer, both of which were additionally certified by the dvct (German Association for Coaching and Training e.V.). I also completed various further training courses in positive psychology and motivational interviewing.
My mission is to help people live happy and fulfilled lives, both professionally and privately. I do this today as a coach, trainer, management consultant and author.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
My genuine interest in people - in the individuality of each person and the belief that each of us has strengths within us that often lie "dormant" undiscovered and are not even known to the individual. I see uncovering these and enabling the coachee to find "their individual path" as the primary goal of my coaching. My empathy, coupled with my training in the field of systemic coaching, the alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, as well as my over 20 years of professional experience in the marketing and media business on the corporate, agency and start-up side - both as a team member and as a manager - make my coaching format what it is: a holistic approach with the goal of promoting individuality and one's own resources and finding one's personal path.

- What do your clients say about you?
Interesting question! Sometimes they don't even have to say much. The joy and motivation they get from coaching is often reflected in the sparkle in their eyes. With energy and humor, I like to break out of comfort zones and thought patterns in the head during coaching and provide new impulses and perspectives for their own professional development. It never gets boring. The clients appreciate my high level of personal commitment and are happy about the motivational boost they go home with after the coaching sessions. The coaching often has a lasting effect and they continue to successfully apply the strategies developed in their lives.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
After my first personal experiences with coaching, I was so fascinated by the possibilities and results that in 2012 I decided to start a part-time coaching training course. During the two-year training to become a systemic business coach, I learned a lot about myself but of course also about the rules and methods of coaching. One of the most important things I learned from this time was that I was gradually able to better assess and understand people and their respective motives for their actions. After successfully completing the training, I started my own part-time business in coaching and consulting (www.grenzeimkopf.de) in 2015.
Since then, I have worked with many different coachees and developed targeted solutions for their own mental limits.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
I feel called to be a job coach or start-up coach because I can look back on many moments of professional reorientation myself. My personal experience as well as numerous training and further education courses enable me to design a new future with you. Let's talk about it!
My background is extensive experience in the national and international economy. As a manager and consultant, I have already enjoyed the trust of more than 150 well-known companies, including those from the IT, technology and production sectors. For many years, I also provided process support and project consulting for various companies in Silicon Valley. New Work is more than just a buzzword for me, because I have actually gotten to know the modern working world "from the inside". This means I know what employers will be paying more attention to in the future. I know different corporate cultures and can help you grow into them individually.
Moving to other cities or even countries as well as personal circumstances have "uprooted" me professionally several times: For example, as a native Pole, I had to find my way around in Germany in 1990, where my qualifications were not recognized. Despite this, I quickly became the director of a renowned language school. When I moved to Canada, I was able to sign an employment contract with a very good employer after just two months in the new country. When I returned to Germany, I was able to take on a new role seamlessly.
As a job coach, I would like to pass on my personal experience and my success strategies to other people.
My specialty is the topic of work. Because we spend a large part of our time at work and the (dis)satisfaction there radiates into all other areas of life! For me, my training as a Career Navigator® according to Angelika Gulder, which I completed in 2013, is particularly central to career orientation coaching. Ten years later, I supplemented my methodological competence in job coaching with approaches from the field of design thinking. As a member of the German Coaching Association and the International Coaching Federation, I continually participate in further training courses.

Since I began teaching at universities and educational institutions, and in particular as one of the directors of the University of Cologne's start-up center, I have always seen myself as a "development worker" for the visions and ideas of the teams and founders I supervise. As an open person with strong communication skills, I am also a good listener and, thanks to my analytical skills, quick comprehension and entrepreneurial thinking, I can recognize existing potential and suggest solution-oriented recommendations. Since my time at the University of Cologne, I have been able to successfully supervise numerous spin-offs or support them in their career orientation. I went down this path myself. As a lawyer, I was self-employed from the start. The decision not to always have to deal with disputes led me to mediation training after a few years. After the coaching training that followed, I became self-employed again after my parental leave, with the support of a start-up coach. Since then, I have been a committed self-employed person and am constantly developing my offer. In between, life has repeatedly presented me with some very extreme challenges, which I have always mastered at my own pace as an entrepreneur and family manager. I still try to juggle everything as best I can. Sometimes I am happy about new challenges, because something else always comes up anyway and I have learned that things always move forward if you don't stand still. I have now accompanied over 500 founders and am an expert on the subject of start-ups. I look forward to every new start-up project.
