Coaching Training/Certifications: I have completed vocational training as a specialist in system catering, successfully passed the trainer aptitude test, and also trained. I hope to complete my studies by summer 2024 at the latest. I can now look back on 2 years of experience and over 100 customers as a start-up consultant and job coach and have also trained as a start-up consultant.

1. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
To be realistic, I can currently “only” talk about what I want in terms of professional fulfillment: My greatest drive and desire is to support my clients with all my skills and expertise in order to achieve the best possible result in terms of consulting for and with them. I also find it very fulfilling to work with people, to get to know new ideas and approaches and, after the work is done, to have the good feeling of having accompanied someone a little on the way to achieving their personal goals.
2. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
For me, the greatest drive is the meaningfulness of my work and consultations. Working through my clients’ questions or concerns together with them is a great and insightful process for everyone involved.
3. In your own words: What does a coach do?
A coach supports his client when it comes to turning his dream or vision into a concrete start-up idea. It also enables them to take a different, perhaps even critical, perspective on their project and to analyze their chances of success without bias.

Vocational training and professional experience:
During my career, I was able to gain 15 years of experience in management positions. I have led companies to economic success and have had the opportunity to set up my own business with my own ideas or concepts on several occasions. In my everyday working life, I have always been surrounded by people and have taken responsibility for up to 500 employees. I have also successfully mastered a number of positions as managing director, operational managing director or department head. To deepen my knowledge, I am currently studying business psychology.
Personal Interests
Fortunately, I can rely on a few activities that “clear my head” and “recharge my batteries”. I enjoy spending time in my own workshop making furniture, but I also enjoy being out in nature with my dog or spending a few hours with an exciting book.
