1. What qualifies you as a Coach/Trainer?
Studies: B.A. Education and Social Sciences
Certified ADHD Coach
Certified ADHD trainer
After my studies, I worked as a social worker in the areas of health and job coaching. I noticed that many people find it difficult or impossible to achieve their personal and professional goals due to impairments in the areas of self-organization, stamina and concentration. Motivated, I completed several training courses and, as a certified ADHD coach, I can provide effective support in precisely these areas. I also have over 15 years of experience as a self-employed event manager and have been able to inspire great customers nationwide.
2. What measurable results have you achieved together with your clients and what sets you apart?
I am a power woman and always have good ideas.
Most of my coachees have achieved their personal private and professional goals and recommend me to others. Thanks to good career guidance and advice, my clients have been able to find a job that suits their strengths and ideas. I love writing applications with my clients, creating great application documents, and contacting companies. By finding a new professional perspective, my clients have been able to gain new courage and also improve the quality of their private lives.
3. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
Getting to know lots of people and their biographies and being able to accompany them on their journey.
4. What do your clients say about you?
My clients like my persistence and energy, which they are happy to be infected by. Most of the feedback I receive is along these lines: “Nobody has ever been able to help me so quickly.” “I didn’t know that, nobody has ever told me that.” “Thank you, I would never have managed it without you.”
5. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
My absolute favorite task is resource work, especially the analysis of effective past resources and the targeted reactivation of these in everyday private and professional life. I also really like working on potential and desirable future resources. My enthusiastic clients and the successes they have achieved so far motivate me in my work.
6. What are you particularly proud of when you think about your career?
I have always stayed true to myself, always looked for new professional challenges, and built up a great network nationwide.
7. How will digitization change the general coaching business? And how will you deal with it?
In general, digitization is a good way to bring people together across distances and to pursue small and large projects together. In my experience, people prefer telephone or digital coaching appointments for certain topics because they find them easier. Others can only imagine face-to-face appointments. Both forms have their right to exist and in my everyday working life it is nice to be able to respond to the needs of my coach and pursue goals together thanks to digitization. At the moment I really enjoy using digital coaching and will continue to integrate it into my everyday working life in the future.
8. What is the best way to switch off?
The best way for me to switch off is on a helicopter tour in good weather and with a good view – far away from everyday life.
9. What opportunities does individual coaching offer – and where do you potentially encounter limits?
Individual coaching offers the opportunity for personal and professional development and, in this context, leads to an improved quality of life. Limits can arise if the goals do not match the coach’s priorities and the client/coachee is then referred to a suitable colleague.
10. How do you recognize a good coach?
A good coach works on an equal footing. He also has the experience, is well organized, structured and has a good network. Regular training and supervision are essential. In his private life, a good coachee has good self-care so that he can be fully there for the coachee at work.
11. In your own words: What does a coach do?
A coach advises and accompanies his client/coachee in a change process in order to optimize one or more areas of the client’s life.
