1. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
Firstly, I love discovering the personality traits, strengths and talents of my participants and finding out what drives them and what they want to do with their lives. I really enjoy “spinning” visions, developing achievable goals from them and looking for ways to achieve them.
Secondly, I love the topic of personal development. Because having a goal is one thing. Being able to take the necessary steps is another! For this reason, my participants learn to activate the skills they need to achieve their goals alongside their coaching. It is particularly nice to be able to observe the development of a new awareness and self-image in my participants.
2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
Absolutely! Seeing how the people I work with tackle their goals and often surpass themselves in the process.
3. In your own words: What does a coach do?
A coach supports his clients by asking intelligent questions to sort out and structure their thoughts and gain new perspectives. He also helps them to set goals, develop ideas and strategies for achieving the goals and, in the best case, activate the skills required to achieve the goals.
