1. What qualifies you as a Coach/Trainer?
I have been able to try out many roles and what they all have in common is that I can get people moving and… I act as a catalyst and enable my counterparts to develop themselves and their concerns, to take the next step.
I am good at dialogic thinking so that new ideas, solutions, and perspectives can emerge.
I am a qualified pedagogue, consultant, and teacher who has worked for a long time as a manager and project and concept developer in the education and social economy sector. I have also been a certified coach since 2012. In addition, I have further and systemic training and further education, so that I can support my customers from a diverse wealth of education and experience as well as with current methods and knowledge. I am hands-on because I actively support implementation.
Documents contacts or other strategies may be required. With my profound professional experience, I can provide concrete support.
2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
What I do has an impact and it is such a great experience that I want to repeat it again and again. I am a person of conviction here. I love making a difference. Even a small step is a step, and continues the story of a person or organization. I am happy when my customers find and achieve their goals and leave our joint process successful and satisfied.
3. What do your clients say about you?
The people I work with appreciate my heart, my attentiveness and the attention and acceptance and appreciation with which I approach them, my ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, the clarity and transparency, and the high level of competence in supporting them on a professional and advisory level. Last but not least, my humor, laughter, and the art of really bringing about change.
4. What are you particularly proud of when you think about your career?
There are two things that I find remarkable and good when looking back on my professional life so far. Somehow I have always stayed true to my topics of education consulting, and people development, and on the other hand I have always changed and the topics and myself have developed further. From teacher to consultant to manager and offer and project developer to self-employment, where I can handle all topics.
5. What is the best way for you to switch off?
Coaching is part of my professional spectrum. I also work as a process facilitator, moderator, and trainer. When I’m not working, family and friends are my source of energy and recharge. I love experiencing nature and culture with them and when it comes to culture, I prefer cinema and art and cooking, of course. I am a curious and knowledge-hungry person, I love history and stories and so I am always looking for new inspiration and can spend hours exploring cities and countries, immersing myself in books or just watching what’s going on.
