- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
Through a balanced combination of many years of management experience in human resources, training as a natural health practitioner for psychotherapy and in-depth NLP training, I am able to identify individual needs both on a psychological level and in a practical way.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
My empathetic view of the potential and resources of my clients, both through my business studies and over 10 years of professional experience in the private sector, as well as through my many years of intensive experience as a systemic coach, supervisor and mediator. With reliable intuition and the professional clarity required, I accompany my clients empathetically through their change process.
My personal career path has not always been straightforward. I have often questioned myself critically and asked myself whether I could have avoided some of the detours along the way!
Today I am happy about my ups and downs, about my "wrong" decisions, my detours - about everything that I was able to learn and experience. Even if it wasn't always obvious and was painful at times, I needed every step on my path to be able to stand here today! These intense experiences are very helpful to me in my responsible personal work.
I love my job and it is a matter close to my heart to accompany people mindfully, to strengthen their abilities to be themselves and to get them into ACTION.

In addition to my certified training and ongoing further education (I am a training junkie) as a systemic coach and trainer, I am supported by my many years of previous professional experience as a manager and as a trainer in dealing with different group dynamics and my personal experience as a family person and mother.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
On the one hand, my solid education and my extensive professional experience, and on the other hand, my multifaceted CV with a wide variety of perspectives on work and life and the balance between the two.
After my studies, I worked for 15 years as a brand strategist and management consultant, both as a manager and as a freelancer for a wide range of agencies and companies. During this time, I was able to advise the Champions League of brands, including internationally. I gained insights into a wide range of industries, from A for automobiles to Z for newspapers, in B2C and B2B, large corporations and SMEs. During this time, I coached entrepreneurs and managers from a wide range of industries and company types, led numerous workshops and worked intensively on qualitative market research and consumer insight. I have always been interested in what makes people tick and what influences their behavior. I also researched this in my doctoral thesis.
In 2011, my husband and I left our successful, high-speed life and traveled the world on a sailboat for five years. During this stormy time, we mastered many adventures, extreme experiences and crises. We processed our experiences in a book in which we share not only our experiences but also ten insights for a happy, fulfilled life, backed up by the latest research.
The time off led to a fundamental change in values and a new professional direction. This was followed by training as a business coach and business trainer, both of which were additionally certified by the dvct (German Association for Coaching and Training). I also completed various further training courses in positive psychology and motivational interviewing.
My mission is to help people live happy and fulfilled lives, both professionally and privately. I do this today as a coach, trainer, business consultant and author.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
My genuine interest in people - in the individuality of each person and the belief that each of us has strengths within us that often lie "dormant" undiscovered and are not even known to the individual. I see uncovering these and enabling the coachee to find "their individual path" as the primary goal of my coaching. My empathy, coupled with my training in the field of systemic coaching, as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, as well as my over 20 years of professional experience in the marketing and media business on the corporate, agency and start-up side - both as a team member and as a manager - make my coaching format what it is: a holistic approach with the goal of promoting individuality and one's own resources and finding one's personal path.

Since 2016, I have been supporting people with expertise and enthusiasm in their career reorientation and assisting them in all phases of an application process - this has enabled me to gain a large and valuable wealth of experience.
But my methodological knowledge is also an important building block for my work as a systemic consultant: in 2013, I attended a seminar on systemic consulting. I was immediately enthusiastic. That same year, I therefore began a two-year training course to become a systemic consultant - a decision that I would still describe as one of the best of my life.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
I support people and organizations in taking new paths. This path needs impulses from outside every now and then, even in the form of questions that make it possible to recognize and perceive other perspectives. This process is supported by a broad psycho-social understanding. As a social therapist and systemic-integrative consultant, I bring with me experience from working with a wide variety of people from all possible professional sectors, social classes and cultural backgrounds.
