Our office in Buchholz/Nordheide is very close to the city center and conveniently located at Parkstrasse 1. Our Buchholz team awaits you in light-flooded, modern premises and looks forward to talking to you about your career plans over a cup of tea or coffee. In Buchholz we offer both the Job Challenge and business start-up advice in person, online or hybrid. We are a long-standing partner of the Buchholz employment agency and the Buchholz job center and work in a trusting manner with local employment agencies. In a professional context, I coach all people who are facing changes and are looking for new perspectives on these challenges. Through my work, I bring with me over 20 years of professional experience in personnel consulting. In addition to finding a vision, developing potential, activating resources, strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem, the main focus of my coaching is on optimizing application documents and professional preparation for successful interviews.

What qualifies me? My enthusiasm for people! This enthusiasm drives me to support and encourage people in their personal and professional development. I am always curious about the individual challenges and needs of each person and work with them to develop tailor-made solutions based on their potential and talents, as well as their rough edges.
As a professional coach, I am a systemic coach and business coach, certified according to DVBC, IOBC & FCG. In addition, I can always draw on my experience as a manager and executive in various companies as well as on my studies in technical business administration.

As a business economist, business psychologist, coach and sparring partner, I have the means to accompany or prepare you theoretically and practically in the shortest possible time.
I love direct dialogue with other people and working with young start-up teams. Among other things, I am a juror for the renowned German Founder's Award for Students and I work as a STEP trainer.

To be realistic, I can currently "only" talk about what I want in terms of professional fulfillment: My greatest drive and desire is to support my clients with all my skills and expertise in order to achieve the best possible result in terms of advice for and with them. I also find it very fulfilling to work with people, to get to know new ideas and approaches and, after the work is done, to have the good feeling of having accompanied someone a little on the way to achieving their personal goals.
