Our office in Buchholz/Nordheide is very close to the city center and conveniently located at Parkstrasse 1. Our Buchholz team awaits you in light-flooded, modern premises and looks forward to talking to you about your career plans over a cup of tea or coffee. In Buchholz we offer both the Job Challenge and business start-up advice in person, online or hybrid. We are a long-standing partner of the Buchholz employment agency and the Buchholz job center and work in a trusting manner with local employment agencies. Coaching is 100% free of charge for you with an AVGS. Feel free to choose your preferred coach from the Buchholz team and arrange an initial introductory meeting to discuss any further questions. Through my work, I bring with me over 20 years of professional experience in personnel consulting. In addition to finding a vision, developing potential, activating resources, strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem, the main focus of my coaching is on optimizing application documents and professional preparation for successful interviews.

I’ve been working in consulting for over 10 years, supporting people in their professional reorientation within the job market. My work focuses on advising founders and startups. After completing my training as a bank clerk and studying business administration, I spent many years working for small and medium-sized companies in a wide variety of industries. This has allowed me to gain experience in management and consulting roles, as well as through startups. I see myself as a partner on equal footing with founders, with the shared goal of developing a good idea into a promising career path with a solid foundation. I love direct dialogue with other people and working with young start-up teams. Among other things, I am a juror for the renowned German Founder's Award for Students and I work as a STEP trainer.
