- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
The analytical competence to use interdisciplinary knowledge individually for the customer. The ability for self-reflection and the willingness to assess oneself realistically and self-critically
In my role as a source of inspiration , we begin to approach the out-of-the-box ideas in a more realistic, structured and practical way. Always against the background of "both and" and not "either or". I am also both a graduate industrial engineer and, for example, a resilience trainer. One never excludes the other. On the contrary: the diversity makes it exciting and well-rounded. Together we develop a practical approach that you can work on in concrete terms.

- What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
For many years I have been working in adult education as a job, integration coach and systemic coach and I support people in their professional reorientation and their professional re-entry into the job market. With my authentic and empathetic nature, I am able to quickly put myself in other people's shoes and recognise their individual needs. I originally studied communication science as well as prevention and health psychology. This background rounds off my profile and teaches me again and again that the first step to success is benevolent communication and active listening. Successful coaching takes place in dialogue. A resource-oriented approach and an appreciative attitude are particularly important to me in the coaching process.
