Annette Traub and her team offer you the products Job Challenge (coaching for career orientation) and start-up advice in the premises in the City Plaza at Rothebühlplatz 23 in 70178 Stuttgart. You can take part in all coaching sessions in Stuttgart either on site, online or in a hybrid form.
We have been working closely with the Stuttgart Employment Agency and the Stuttgart Job Center for many years and can therefore offer our coaching sessions to you free of charge through the AVGS funding.

What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
I have been working in adult education for many years as a job coach, integration coach and systemic coach. I support people in their professional reorientation as well as in their return to the job market. Thanks to my authentic and empathetic approach, I am able to quickly put myself in other people's situations and identify their individual needs. I originally studied communication science as well as prevention and health psychology. This background complements my profile and continually reminds me that the first step towards success lies in supportive communication and active listening. Successful coaching is based on dialogue. A resource-oriented approach and an appreciative attitude are particularly important to me throughout the coaching process.
