I don't have a theoretical plan, because every startup and every founder is different. My extensive experience in the area of start-ups and company management, as well as my willingness to adapt, allow me to get involved in each project individually. My experience from two successful startups of my own should help the client to get off to a successful start right away.

certified ADHD trainerAfter my studies, I worked as a social worker in the areas of health and job coaching. I noticed that many people find it difficult or even impossible to achieve their personal and professional goals due to impairments in the areas of self-organization, stamina and concentration. Motivated, I completed several training courses and, as a certified ADHD coach, I can provide effective support in precisely these areas. I also have over 15 years of experience as a self-employed event manager and have been able to inspire great customers nationwide.
