What qualifies me as a coach is, on the one hand, my training and certification as a systemic coach and mediator, which have given me the necessary methods and specialist knowledge.
On the other hand, in addition to my academic training (Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration and Master's degree in European Studies), I have a wide range of professional experience that spans different industries and sectors, both at home and abroad. The diversity of my professional experiences enables me to empathize well with different contexts and to respond flexibly to the needs of my coachees.
Overall, it is not just my formal training that sets me apart, but above all my passion for the individual development of people and my commitment to helping them achieve their goals. In my work, values such as empathy, openness and non-judgmentalism are particularly important to me, but fun and creativity during the coaching process are also important to me. My coaching approach is solution-oriented and I like to use mindfulness exercises to accompany my coachees in their process.
