After more than 15 years working in market and consumer research at companies like Mars, Storck, and Oatly, I've learned to look beyond the numbers and understand what truly motivates people. Today, I combine this analytical acumen with my training in systemic coaching and various additional qualifications—from mindfulness and NLP to applied neuroscience.
What makes me particularly skilled is my understanding of both sides. I've been there myself when my work lost its meaning, I was burned out, and I had to leave. I know what it's like to feel stuck, but I also know how to find the courage to forge new paths. As a Mental Projector (Human Design), I have a special gift: I recognize patterns and potentials that often remain hidden from others. I use this gift to expose my clients to their own vulnerabilities—with empathy, but also with the necessary clarity.
