Our experienced AVGS consultant Denise Schröter offers clients from Oldenburg and the surrounding districts and communities all products in the field of career orientation coaching. As a social pedagogue with many years of experience in job coaching and various additional qualifications in the areas of job coaching for people with impairments in work, learning and social behavior, ADHD, autism, as well as in dealing with various illnesses, she is at your side with competence. In addition to the work, humor, shared laughter and relaxed working phases are part of the coaching process.
Coaching is a goal-oriented, interactive, person-centered, solution-focused, time-limited and open-ended consulting process. The word “coach” derives from the English word for coachman. However, the coach does not transport the coachee/client comfortably to their destination: they take on the role of a travel companion and provide support through professional and social competence. Active participation and motivation for change are prerequisites for this coaching process.
You have the free choice between in-person coaching sessions with Ms. Schröter in our modern and bright office with a view of nature, or online coaching sessions with one of our coaches active throughout Germany.
