1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?

Through my many years of work in adult education and the social sector, I have acquired in-depth knowledge in supporting individuals and groups through various life phases and situations.

Using an interdisciplinary approach, I support people in achieving their personal and professional goals, developing their potential, and achieving sustainable change. My focus is on promoting self-reflection, empowerment, and practical solutions. I utilize proven methods from systemic consulting, coaching techniques, and creative pedagogical approaches.

2. What measurable results have you achieved together with your clients and what sets you apart?

Is quality of life measurable? Is satisfaction measurable? Many of my clients have successfully transitioned into new professional areas, which is reflected in stable professional positions and increased satisfaction. I am particularly proud that, through our collaboration, many of these clients have not only achieved their career goals, but have also developed increased personal well-being and a positive outlook for the future. What sets me apart is my individualized, holistic approach, which promotes not only professional (re)orientation but also personal development and sustainable change.

3. What are you most proud of when you think about your career?

I’m especially proud of the fact that I’ve always been willing to accept challenges and face change with courage. Instead of being afraid of the unknown, I used these moments as opportunities for further development. This courage and my openness to new paths have always propelled me forward in my career and helped me to continuously grow both personally and professionally.

4. What is the best way to switch off?

The best way for me to unwind is to spend time in nature and take walks – it helps me clear my head. I also enjoy creating explainer videos using various tools, which I enjoy and find creative relaxation.



For over 15 years, I have been intensively involved in coaching and consulting, both theoretically and practically. As a life and career coach, educator, and consultant, I accompany people—whether young or experienced—to achieve their individual goals in their personal and professional lives.

I hold a degree in economics, a degree in education, and a digital learning manager with a Chamber of Commerce certificate.


