Viktoria Groß

After more than 15 years in market and consumer research at companies like Mars, Storck, and Oatly, I’ve learned to look beyond the numbers and understand what truly motivates people. Today, I combine this analytical acuity with my systemic coaching training and various additional qualifications – from mindfulness and NLP to applied neuroscience.

What makes me particularly qualified is that I know both sides. I myself have been at the point where my job no longer held any meaning, I was burned out, and I had to quit. I know how it feels to be stuck, but also how to find the courage to forge new paths. As a Mental Projector (Human Design), I possess a special gift: I recognize patterns and potentials that often remain hidden to others. I use this to show my clients their own blind spots—with empathy, but also with the necessary clarity.

What fulfills me most is when someone suddenly sees themselves again. When something clicks, a knot unties, or a new thought replaces an old belief. These quiet but profound shifts are the most beautiful part of my work.
I love helping people reconnect with themselves: with their strengths, their potential, their possibilities. And every time someone leaves a coaching session feeling clearer, lighter, or more courageous, I’m reminded why I chose this path.

Looking back on my career, I’m particularly proud of three things:

First, that I had the courage to make a complete fresh start after 15 years in the same job. From the outside, everything seemed perfect – a leadership position, a good salary, recognition. But inside, I was burned out and felt empty. It took a lot of energy to leave that safe path, develop myself further, and completely reorient myself. Today, I know: That was the best decision of my life.

Second, that I managed to combine two worlds that don’t seem to fit together at first glance: the analytical world of data, numbers, and facts with the intuitive, empathetic world of coaching. This combination makes me unique as a coach. I can not only support people emotionally but also show them how to strategically plan their careers – based on facts, trends, and a realistic market analysis.

Third, the moments when I see people rediscover hope and clarity through my guidance. Whether in my corporate roles, where I built teams and developed employees, or now in coaching, these “aha moments” are what I’m passionate about. When someone comes to me saying, “I don’t know what to do anymore,” and then, after our collaboration, moves forward with confidence and a clear plan—that deeply fulfills me.

And on a personal level: I’m proud that, as a migrant who came to Germany at the age of eight and had to learn the language from scratch, I’ve taken this path. It wasn’t always easy, but it’s precisely this experience—the feeling of being caught between two worlds and having to find my own place—that makes me the coach who knows what it feels like to start over.
