1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
I’m not a coach because I once thought it sounded nice, but because my path has led me exactly here. My backpack is filled with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, sales, and fitness. I’ve led, motivated, and inspired people, first on the dance floor, then in constellations. Through in-depth training in systemic work, EMDR, NLP, energy work, and neuroresonance, I’ve learned to see deeply while still maintaining my footing. I combine intuition with expertise, heart with structure.
2. What measurable results have you achieved together with your clients and what sets you apart?

Numbers aren’t everything, but yes: people have changed jobs after coaching and are now happier. Teams not only worked more efficiently after “Confetti in the Team,” but also enjoyed looking each other in the eye again. One client once said: “Since the day I was with you, I’ve been able to sleep properly again. I’m calmer and can think clearly about everything.” And recently, a client wrote me a card after an AVGS coaching session: “Dear Theresia, thank you so much for your support over the past few months, the many creative methods, wonderful food for thought, and your positive, refreshing manner. I felt very comfortable with you and am now at exactly the point I wanted to be after the coaching. All the best to you.”

What sets me apart? I’m not fake-friendly; I’m honest, genuine, and present. I see you, not just your role.

3. What do you enjoy most about your job?
When the room falls silent because someone has just understood for the first time in their life why they keep running into the same dead end, that fills me with joy. When tears are allowed to flow without feeling ashamed. When someone says after a cacao ceremony, “My heart needed that.” I love it when something releases, when people feel again. It’s pure magic.
4. What do your clients say about you?
After our grief coaching, Mariana wrote that thanks to
our time together, she finally feels free again; where there were previously feelings of guilt and heaviness, there is now love in her heart.

Anna recounts a journey to herself that was only made possible by confetti in her heart . She says: “Coaching with Resi is so empathetic, profound, honest, painful, confrontational (in the best sense), insightful, and healing.”

Jenny describes it like this: “She doesn’t judge, she doesn’t condemn, and you just feel right, just the way you are.”

Sue wrote: “We resolved my fear of loss and the belief ‘I’m not good enough,’ and since then, wonderful things have happened in my life.”

And Ellen says: “Theresia magically helped me carry myself through a difficult time, with a loving, warm, and authentic manner that immediately resonated with me.”

What my clients say about me always touches me deeply because that is exactly what drives me: to create spaces where people feel truly seen, held and empowered.

5. What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
What drives me is that so many people function but don’t feel. That they live a life that doesn’t truly feel like them. I want people to rediscover their inner confetti.

My favorite task? Clearly: the combination of depth and lightness. Whether in constellations, one-on-one, or in groups, I love it when clarity and heart harmonize. And if someone laughs out loud or quietly marvels, it’s perfect.

6. What are you most proud of when you think about your career?
That I took all my experiences, even the challenging ones, and built something new out of them. That I had the courage to break out of the traditional “job” and make my calling a reality. And that today people come into my space and say: “Here I can simply be myself.”

I’m also especially proud of having turned my greatest weakness into my greatest strength. The loss of my brother left a deep wound, but at the same time, a profound understanding of what grief truly feels like. I know how many feelings we push away in order to somehow move on. This is precisely why I can now support others so purposefully, with genuine depth, genuine experience, and genuine compassion.

7. How will digitalization change the coaching business as a whole? And how will you deal with it?
Digitalization brings many opportunities, greater reach, and more flexibility. But coaching also thrives on real encounters, on the energy in the space.

I use digital tools where they make sense, such as online coaching, social media, and booking tools. At the same time, I stick to what defines me: honest, tangible work, live or digital, but always with heart.

8. What is the best way to unwind?
In nature, while exercising. With a cup of tea in hand, barefoot on the lawn, or dancing with my daughter through the living room. Or even during a cacao ceremony for myself. I believe in rituals, in little breaks every now and then, and in the fact that lightness is not a luxury, but a choice.
9. What possibilities does individual coaching offer and where might you encounter limitations?
Resolving blockages, creating clarity, and encouraging others. The limit is where people aren’t (yet) ready to look or feel. Or where therapeutic support is necessary. But that’s okay, too, and I have a good network to refer people to others, and I’m even interested in working in partnerships.
10. How do you recognize a good coach?
It’s about the ability to listen without judging.
It’s about the attitude of being of service, not of a know-it-all.
And it’s about the coach himself continuing to develop.

I believe that anyone who works closely with a person’s soul cannot avoid doing their own inner work. Otherwise, the depth is lacking. If you’re mentoring others, you should regularly work through your own issues, not out of a sense of duty, but out of genuine awareness.

11. In your own words: What does a coach do?
A coach isn’t a know-it-all, a guru, or a repair service. A coach is a resource angel, someone who reminds you of what’s already inside you.

Because everything you need is often already there. We’ve just sometimes hidden it well under everyday life, fear, or old stories.

Sometimes I explain coaching like this:
Imagine you have an old, rusty railing. A bit of paint still shows through in some places, maybe red. Now, just paint over it with a new color? It won’t do much good. For the new to really stick, the old one needs to come off first. Sanding, cleaning, a good primer. And only then, and only then, does the new paint come on—in your desired color, one that suits you. 😉It’s similar in coaching: We first tidy up before we redesign.

A good coach asks questions that open doors and creates spaces where development is possible.

And reminds you of your own radiance, of your strength, of your very own path.

I’m not here to save you. I’m here to remind you, to strengthen you, to accompany you, so that you can follow your path. With everything that you are.

Vocational training and professional experience:

I’m a trained hotel manager with experience in fine dining, network marketing, and the fitness world. A particularly formative time was my seasonal work in the à la carte restaurant directly above the legendary après-ski bar “Kuhstall” in Ischgl. There, I experienced firsthand what it means to work under high pressure and the importance of true teamwork, attitude, and authenticity.

I’ve been teaching Zumba since 2013, which has given me not only stage presence but also the courage to be authentic and to work with issues of shame. I know what it means to show myself, real, imperfect, and alive.

A profound event in my life was the loss of my brother. Intensively processing this tragedy through coaching and systemic work not only advanced my personal development but also established my current strength: supporting people through phases of farewell and transition, with dignity, honesty, and an open heart.

Personal Interest

I love movement, whether it’s sports, dancing, or simply being outdoors. Music has been a part of my life, as has the need to immerse myself in silence. I enjoy reading (sometimes I spend over a year on a book), I love creative projects with my daughter, and I’m often out and about with my large group of friends. I love festivals that take place during the day with good old house music.

Essential oils (especially doTERRA) are an integral part of my everyday life. I consciously use them for mood, energy, relaxation, or simply as a natural perfume. I like cards, rituals, spirituality, and all those subtle, tangible things that you can’t touch but
can feel.

For me, coaching is not a method, but a vocation and probably my greatest personal interest: understanding people, accompanying them, moving them – that simply fascinates me.🙂
