- What drives you and what is your favorite task as a coach/trainer?
On the one hand, I love discovering the personality traits, strengths and talents of my participants and finding out what drives them and what they want to do with their lives. I really enjoy "spinning" visions, developing achievable goals from them and looking for ways to achieve them.
On the other hand, I love the topic of personal development. Because having a goal is one thing. Being able to take the necessary steps is another! For this reason, my participants learn to activate the skills they need to achieve their goals alongside their coaching. It is particularly nice to be able to observe the development of a new awareness and self-image in my participants.
