1. What qualifies you as a trainer/coach?
I have over 50 years of life and professional experience and understand the world of work from a variety of perspectives. I worked as an employee for many years, and since 2017, I have been working as a self-employed career advisor and coach, supporting people in achieving their professional goals. I also work freelance as a human resources consultant. This diverse experience allows me to address my clients’ needs in an individualized and practical way.
2. What do you enjoy most about your job?
What gives me the most satisfaction is when my coachees recognize their abilities and strengths. When they find the courage to follow their own path. When they experience fulfillment and successfully achieve their goals.

My strength lies in creating a calm, unbiased space where my clients can open up and organize their thoughts.
