1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
For many years, I have been supporting and advising people through crucial life phases. I bring experience from the academic, social, and real estate sectors. This experience, combined with my extensive training, forms the foundation of my work as a coach.
My qualifications:

  • Systemic Coaching Training
  • Resilience Trainer Training
  • Mediation Training
  • Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies

My work focuses on appreciation, empathy, and a safe space. I meet people on equal terms and create an atmosphere in which they can open up, reflect, and grow. With great passion, I accompany people in discovering their goals and visions, gaining clarity, and courageously following their own path.

2. What is the best way to unwind?
In my work as a coach, I accompany people in finding their own path – but to do that well, I also need my own personal sources of strength. For me, switching off means consciously creating moments that energize and ground me.

One of my favorite ways to clear my mind is yoga. The combination of movement and mindfulness helps me maintain balance and focus – both professionally and personally. But meeting others is just as important to me: an evening with friends, cooking together, and eating good food is not just a pleasure for me, but also a source of joie de vivre.

When I’m looking for peace and quiet, I’m drawn to nature. A walk or simply breathing in the fresh air gives me new perspectives and opens my mind to new ideas. And when I want to delve even deeper into another world, I pick up a good book. Reading inspires me, broadens my horizons, and gives me valuable inspiration for my work.

3. In your own words: What does a coach do?
Imagine you’re standing in the middle of a dense forest. The path you’ve been taking so far ends here – and before you lies a vast field full of new possibilities. But where does the next step lead? A job coach is like a companion who helps you navigate this unfamiliar terrain.

One of their tasks is to support you in gaining clarity about your strengths, goals, and opportunities. Together, we’ll work out what fulfills you professionally, where your talents can best be utilized, and how to confidently present yourself in the application process. This isn’t just about resumes and cover letters – it’s primarily about your personal profile, your self-confidence, and your inner demeanor.

Sometimes it’s inner doubts that slow us down. Sometimes all we need is a small shift in perspective to recognize the opportunities that lie ahead. I’ll help you gain precisely this clarity – with concrete strategies, appreciative feedback, and practical methods.
