I listen between the lines, ask precise questions, and help sort through thoughts and feelings—especially when someone is going through a professional or personal transition.
They appreciate that I work without judgment and with respect, without imposing anything. Instead, a space is created in which people gain a better understanding of themselves—with all their strengths, doubts, and desires.
After our sessions, I often hear things like:
“I finally see what I’m capable of again.”
“Now it all makes sense.”
“I know what I really want again.”
My work is always resource-oriented: I focus on what’s already there—and how we can use these strengths to generate new courage, focus, and confidence.
I love working together to figure out:
- Who are you as a person?
- What makes you unique?
- Which strengths are ready to (finally) shine through?
My driving force is authenticity – I believe that when people work with their strengths, everyone wins: themselves, their environment, and the organization they work in. My favorite moments in coaching are those where clarity turns into courage – and courage into action.
- asks more questions than they answer,
- works with what’s already there,
- doesn’t use standard methods but tailors the process individually,
- doesn’t give advice but guides the client so they arrive at clear decisions themselves
I believe: A good coach activates what’s already there within the other person – and helps make it visible.
