1.What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
Approaching new tasks and challenges with curiosity has always been my credo – doing what makes sense to me, with all my heart and dedication. Through various professions and industries, I have gained a wealth of experience and have never stopped learning. My training as a sports scientist and coach/mental trainer, 20 years of professional experience in the film and television industry, as well as in real estate and project investment, and, last but not least, my life experience in dealing with such diverse people and their backgrounds, give me the confidence and conviction that I’m on the right path as a coach and mental trainer.
2. What do you enjoy most about your job?
In various professional sectors, I have always focused intensively on promoting and supporting young talent. Coaching is a wonderful opportunity to help people help themselves. It fills me with great joy and gratitude when I witness clients achieve their personal success through their own motivation and dedicated work. Unlocking their potential and seeing them achieve their goals and shape their path with renewed self-confidence and clarity is a particularly enriching experience for me.
3. What do your clients say about you?
Clients speak of a friendly and open atmosphere in which they feel very comfortable, quickly gain trust, and can open up. My respectful, positive, and humorous approach is often praised.
4. What is the best way to unwind?
When doing sports in nature and traveling
5. In your own words: What does a coach do?
A coach helps sort through mental chaos, clear the fog in your head, and respectfully nudge you into action.
With a caring reality check, honest questions, and a good dose of humor, a coach brings clarity, motivation, and new perspectives to often stuck thoughts. They support clients in identifying interests and strengths, developing clear goals, and staying focused on them along the way.
In short: a coach isn’t a magician—more like a human mirror with a flip chart, heart, and humor.
