1. What qualifies you as a coach/trainer?
My qualifications stem from my many years of management and consulting experience, my strong analytical and solution-oriented approach, and my background in human resources management, international and interdisciplinary team leadership, and process optimization. For years, I have co-developed educational programs, supported teams, built organizations, and facilitated change processes – key tasks that are also essential in coaching and consulting.
2. What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
I find fulfillment in analyzing complex situations, providing guidance, and supporting people and organizations in their development – especially when tangible improvements result from structure, clarity, and good communication.
3. How can you recognize a good coach?
A good coach combines analytical strength, empathy, clear communication, and the ability to empower people rather than control them. Furthermore, they should work in a structured manner, know their limits, and act responsibly – qualities that are also important in my own professional work.

Vocational training and professional experience:
My professional background includes a law degree (Diplom-Juristin) from the University of Hamburg and supplementary studies in public administration in Speyer, complemented by qualifications in data protection, project management, business administration, and VAT law. My professional experience includes positions in the management and later as managing director of a healthcare training company, where I was responsible for overall strategic and operational management, accreditation processes, and extensive digitalization and process optimization projects. Prior to this, my focus was on leading the human resources and legal departments, with an emphasis on international site development. I also gained further experience in legal consulting and project management at an engineering services provider and through several years of work at a law firm.
