I pay very close attention to my energy. I can completely relax when I do Nia dancing, yoga and meditation, but also when I cook with my family or do gardening. I am a co-thinker and motivator, bring new ideas and perspectives into play and create a safe and appreciative space for development. There, clients can reflect, sort out and redefine themselves for professional change. At the end of the coaching process, they can start the next phase of their career in a goal-oriented, powerful and motivated manner.
