As a coach, I have extensive, intensive, and long-standing professional experience with more than 5,000 coaching hours. Thanks to numerous training and further education courses, I can draw on a large pool of coaching tools. My diverse and long-standing professional experience as a life\/work planning trainer, job agent, consultant, and alternative practitioner also flow into my work as a coach.<\/span><\/p>\n

I can say quite clearly: Working with people. Seeing people discover their own strengths and potential, gain insights and develop the confidence to take new steps for themselves. I also like to support and advise people in realizing their professional fulfillment in the form of self-employment. I am full of joy and gratitude to have found a field of activity for myself in which this work with people is the focus.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most important thing is to meet people where they are in their life and work situation. Together we work out the goals that the coachee wants to achieve through coaching. A coach helps you discover and develop your potential, recognize your own purpose in life, take career steps, or create new professional ideas. He or she motivates you to have the courage to develop and implement these. A coach advises professionally, reflects and enables people to successfully solve professional challenges independently and effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n
