In over 10 years as a human resources officer and recruiter in industry, wholesale, logistics and personnel services, I have conducted countless interviews in search of specialists and managers. So I know the side of the HR decision-makers and can give you valuable tips on what matters when applying and in the job interview. As a trained business and personnel coach, I have empathy, humor, and the firm belief that there is the right job for everyone. As a training manager, I have also selected commercial and industrial trainees as well as dual students and can therefore also provide very good support in career orientation in the phase between school and work.<\/span><\/p>\n
