From the outside, everything seemed perfect \u2013 a leadership position, a good salary, recognition. But inside, I was burned out and felt empty. It took a lot of energy to leave that safe path, develop myself further, and completely reorient myself. Today, I know: That was the best decision of my life.<\/p>\n Second, that I managed to combine two worlds that don’t seem to fit together at first glance: the analytical world of data, numbers, and facts with the intuitive, empathetic world of coaching. This combination makes me unique as a coach. I can not only support people emotionally but also show them how to strategically plan their careers \u2013 based on facts, trends, and a realistic market analysis.<\/p>\n Third, the moments when I see people rediscover hope and clarity through my guidance. Whether in my corporate roles, where I built teams and developed employees, or now in coaching, these “aha moments” are what I’m passionate about. When someone comes to me saying, “I don’t know what to do anymore,” and then, after our collaboration, moves forward with confidence and a clear plan\u2014that deeply fulfills me.<\/p>\n And on a personal level: I’m proud that, as a migrant who came to Germany at the age of eight and had to learn the language from scratch, I’ve taken this path.
