Numbers aren’t everything, but yes: people have changed jobs after coaching and are now happier. Teams not only worked more efficiently after “Confetti in the Team,” but also enjoyed looking each other in the eye again. One client once said: “Since the day I was with you, I’ve been able to sleep properly again. I’m calmer and can think clearly about everything.” And recently, a client wrote me a card after an AVGS coaching session: “Dear Theresia, thank you so much for your support over the past few months, the many creative methods, wonderful food for thought, and your positive, refreshing manner. My favorite task? Clearly: the combination of depth and lightness. Whether in constellations, one-on-one, or in groups, I love it when clarity and heart harmonize. I’m also especially proud of having turned my greatest weakness into my greatest strength. The loss of my brother left a deep wound, but at the same time, a profound understanding of what grief truly feels like. I know how many feelings we push away in order to somehow move on. I use digital tools where they make sense, such as online coaching, social media, and booking tools. With a cup of tea in hand, barefoot on the lawn, or dancing with my daughter through the living room. Or even during a cacao ceremony for myself. The limit is where people aren’t (yet) ready to look or feel. Or where therapeutic support is necessary. I believe that anyone who works closely with a person’s soul cannot avoid doing their own inner work. Otherwise, the depth is lacking. If you’re mentoring others, you should regularly work through your own issues, not out of a sense of duty, but out of genuine awareness.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_class=”prof-question” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”#cd222a” text_font_size=”24px” custom_margin=”||0.5em||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”]11. In your own words: What does a coach do?[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_class=”prof-answer” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”|300|||||||” text_font_size=”18px” text_line_height=”2em” custom_padding=”5px|||||” global_colors_info=”{}”]A coach isn’t a know-it-all, a guru, or a repair service. A coach is a resource angel, someone who reminds you of what’s already inside you.<\/p>\n

Because everything you need is often already there. We’ve just sometimes hidden it well under everyday life, fear, or old stories.<\/p>\n

Sometimes I explain coaching like this:
\nImagine you have an old, rusty railing. A bit of paint still shows through in some places, maybe red. Now, just paint over it with a new color? It won’t do much good. For the new to really stick, the old one needs to come off first. Sanding, cleaning, a good primer. And only then, and only then, does the new paint come on\u2014in your desired color, one that suits you. \ud83d\ude09It’s similar in coaching: We first tidy up before we redesign.<\/p>\n

A good coach asks questions that open doors and creates spaces where development is possible.<\/p>\n

And reminds you of your own radiance, of your strength, of your very own path.<\/p>\n

I’m a trained hotel manager with experience in fine dining, network marketing, and the fitness world. A particularly formative time was my seasonal work in the \u00e0 la carte restaurant directly above the legendary apr\u00e8s-ski bar “Kuhstall” in Ischgl. There, I experienced firsthand what it means to work under high pressure and the importance of true teamwork, attitude, and authenticity.<\/p>\n

I’ve been teaching Zumba since 2013, which has given me not only stage presence but also the courage to be authentic and to work with issues of shame. I know what it means to show myself, real, imperfect, and alive.<\/p>\n

A profound event in my life was the loss of my brother. Intensively processing this tragedy through coaching and systemic work not only advanced my personal development but also established my current strength: supporting people through phases of farewell and transition, with dignity, honesty, and an open heart.<\/p>\n

Essential oils (especially doTERRA) are an integral part of my everyday life. I consciously use them for mood, energy, relaxation, or simply as a natural perfume. I like cards, rituals, spirituality, and all those subtle, tangible things that you can’t touch but
